Depending on your interaction with the practice, information may include your name, contact details, country, language preference, enquiry and appointment details, correspondence, IP address and security logs. It is used to answer enquiries, coordinate appointments and requested services, protect the website and fulfil applicable legal obligations. The contact form is not intended for medical documents or health details.

2. Health information and legal grounds

Medical history, dental images and other health information are sensitive personal data. If provided through an appropriate clinical channel, they may only be processed where the conditions under Articles 5 and 6 of Turkish Law No. 6698 are met. Consent, when required, is separate from this notice. Online information is not a diagnosis. GDPR and other data-protection rules apply where legally applicable.

3. Sharing and international transfers

Where necessary and legally permitted, data may be shared with authorised practice staff, healthcare providers, IT or hosting providers, professional advisers and competent authorities. Any transfer abroad requires the applicable legal conditions and safeguards. This notice does not establish that a particular overseas provider or transfer mechanism is in use.

4. Retention and security

The current website setting for enquiry records is 30 days. These records have an expiry date; removal of expired records is handled by the server retention task. This setting is not a retention period for clinical or legally required records. Other data is kept for its purpose and applicable legal periods, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised when appropriate. Access controls and other appropriate technical and organisational measures protect data; no internet transmission is risk-free.
